Information for presenters

 

 

Talks will be 20 minutes long + 10 minutes for discussion and transition.

In the break before your talk, please see the Technical Assistance to either put your presentation on their computer (bring it on a flash drive; pdf preferred) or to connect your own laptop. There will be a VGA cable to the projector, so if you use your own laptop, please also bring your own VGA adapter.

 

Posters may be a maximum of A1 size (24'' x 36'') in any orientation or A0 portrait format.

We have created a repository on Open Science Framework where participants can upload their posters and slides. We encourage everyone to take advantage of this opportunity to make their work available to one another as well as to those who are unable to attend the conference.
